On Saturday, May 25th, 2024 join us at South Edmonton Common in celebration of Asian Heritage Month. This one-of-a-kind, brand-new event celebrates the diversity and vibrancy of the many countries and cultures of Asia which enrich our city with their presence.
From noon to 5 PM, you’ll find Experience Asia at the former Nordstrom Rack building (1910 102nd St NW). Join us for food trucks, a market made up of local businesses and artisans, as well as South Edmonton Common retailers, performances throughout the afternoon, and speakers such as Bean Gill from CBC’s “Push”, the Hon. Nathan Ip, MLA Edmonton-South West, Councillor Keren Tang, and Councillor Jennifer Rice!
An exciting giveaway will run from May 25th to the 29th with prizes from IKEA, Adidas, Banana Republic, Chatters, Guess Factory, The REC Room, The Keg, and Babies R Us! Enter here!

Kejia Athletic Association of Edmonton Alberta is a non profit organization that trains in traditional Qilin and fire Qilin, lion dance, and warrior drumming. Their students have a wide age range, with some as young as 5 years old!

Bollywheels is a dance group based in Edmonton, Alberta, specializing in Bollywood dances of all categories. With a passion for promoting inclusivity and diversity, Bollywheels combines the vibrant energy of Bollywood with a commitment to making dance accessible to everyone.
